There are also deep reefs, shipwrecks, plane wrecks, drop-offs and tunnels. Scuba is not the only activity in Cozumel. It is possible to enjoy the reefs and marine life without getting wet by taking a submarine trip. There is also some great shopping with imported goods from all over the Caribbean. Car hire is reasonable and the island is small so you could explore at your own pace. There are Mayan ruins, deserted beaches, national parks and a hundreds of restaurants to see. Fans of fishing will also enjoy a deep sea trip.
